- General Shipping Policy
When you place an order with us, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Delivery Times
For orders within the EU, our standard delivery times range from 8 to 10 business days after dispatch. Meanwhile, berlinger-haus.fr typically delivers orders to addresses in France within 5-7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Locations
berlinger-haus.fr provides shipping services to addresses within the EU, including France. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
berlinger-haus.fr is not accountable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for any additional information.
- Returns
Our return policy includes a no-quibble 14-day exchange and return period. You may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is complete and undamaged, and the goods are in saleable condition. Please notify us via email at commandes@homeimpex.es before returning goods.
Upon receiving your return, we will credit your card account or send alternate goods of your choice. For returns for credit, the return cost is yours. For exchanges, both the return and additional shipment costs are your responsibility.
If you encounter any issues with damaged or defective goods, please contact our team at commandes@homeimpex.es within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Include a description of the damage or fault, along with photo or video evidence of the damaged product and packaging, to expedite the resolution process.
